how do i the preset in my computer. what are the parameters

Would anyone be able to provide info on freqs to stay away from? Reading through these post I'm finding I know little about this program and the effects. Any help would be nice.

I got some vibrations off this after about 10 minutes, I took my headphones off at the 15 minute mark, and to my surprise, my hearin was alllllll messed up and wavy sounding. Its still a lil messed up, but its getting better.

this ones a doozie. I listend to this one with my eyes closed for just under 4 minutes, in most of these presets ive seen a black circle in the centre of my vision but with this one it was a square, wiered. i definatly felt viabrations, when i took my headphones off i felt very spacey for a couple of minutes.

i will try this one again some time when i havnt been playing around with so many other presets in one night.

well actually i was only consious for about an hour and a hlaf of it then i passed out, but i heard odd sounds the next day. i am planning on making my own custom tailored preset, so we will see if that helps.

The bwg works but I'm having personal trouble leaving my body.

I get that odd wavy sound on a lot of presets, usually those designed to induce "drug like" effects, which im assuming means "uncoordinated" or "messed up".
But this sound is not the effect, more of a side effect of using BWGEN.

What I did experience with this was the sense that I was moving slightly back and forth relative to my (stationary)physical body.

I used this and about 10 mins in i felt the vibes! I tried sustaining and i kept them for about 3 minutes. Was that enough time to project? PLus when i did get the vibrations and i tried projecting i did feel like something near my arms waving around. I am not sure but i also saw like black blothces going around my eyes, like your watchin a merry go round in the center. I will use this again but i think i need some tips. Any ideas?

I just finished using this after 10 mins. i took off my head phones and my hearing is messed up. It sounds like the phaser effect with a sweep echo effect like on my guitar amp.

Whoa it's nice to hear from guys who have had some expierence.One night I was having a sleep over I cleared my mind like some sites say and I found myself falling through a blue tunnle like a vortex and a red eye was right in front of me and it was wierd.But I wasn't dreaming I was wide awake!

I have a pretty good idea of what the black blotches are that most people experience in their vision...This does not only happen with this program/method of astral projection.. I have read many online journals that people have made..In fact, I think according to your statements that your very lucky, most people say they experince complete blindness while astral projecting... they claim that after they're about 5-6 feet away from their body that their vison will come back...

Pan - The personal trouble you are having can onl be resolved by yourself. you must find out what is stopping you. If yu have any stress or worries it will most definately hinder you from projecting as stress and worry causes tension in the body, even if you are unaware of it.
