Aum Meditation (End sleep)

I have put together a preset made with BGW3 called Aum meditation. There will be 2 of them. One that ends in sleep or meditation and the other will bring the person back to normal awake state. It is a complex preset with 10 voices 4 of which carry a binaural beat starting in Beat spectrum and ending in theta and delta. I put in some complex modulations. It is all based on a particular harmonic. The lower freq sounds, sound almost like a continuous Aum chant. Don't ask me to give you a specific run down on all the voice setting because it would fill a couple of pages.

Well, I just laid down in a dark room with my eyes closed. Few deep breaths and boy did things take a turn. I was quickly engulfed in darkness which seemed to suspend time momentarily. Within the darkness it was like I was in out-of-space and I could see the stars in the far distance.

It felt strange, like my inside 'spirit' *shrugs* was shrinking and the more I centred my attention on it the more the affect strengthened. As I shrunk inside to where I thought I couldn’t shrink anymore I opened my eyes to reassure myself that I wasn't infact really shrinking but one look at myself I knew I was fine but still felt a weird sensation as if my inside self was getting smaller and smaller.

Unfortunately had to switch it off at that point, was a little worried it would be a permanent thing which actually faded away after five minutes.

Personally I find this a fantastic way to meditate but unfortunately due to my lack of knowledge about meditation and knowing of what to expect I'll have to wait another day before trying this again down to the pure reason that it’s fear of the unknown.
