Clarity

528 Hz followed by 15 Hz leaves everyone who's tried it (& reported back) feeling a sense of 'serenity' or of reduced stress levels, in some cases for several days following usage. 528 alone is associated with "DNA Repair", but the sequence of 528 followed by 15 is what is reported to result in this enhanced 'mental clarity and balance'.

This preset really seemed to make me feel better. It also seemed to make me thristy. ;P People need water more when they need to heal, so the "DNA Repair" must have been the reason.

Stupid fool, you were thirsty. I'm tired of you maniacs pretending that brainwave entrancement can have any physical effects beyond those that are accomplishable by a different attitude and state of mind. You can't change your DNA with this. If it changed your DNA, you'd get cancer and die. Your DNA automatically repairs itself when you're asleep. It has nothing to do with your brain, the repairing is within the cell itself.

Actually, angry guy, there is considerable research mounting that suggests the states of mind do indeed affect genetic states profoundly. So don't be so angry; besides, brainwave entrainment alters your physical state in many ways- body temperature, hormone production, and other processes- simply by relaxing you.

The effects of emotions upon physical health has been well-known for thousands of years. It was only since the advent of the pharmaceutical companies and their salesmen-turned-doctors that it is marginalized, along with anything and everything that could not be patented and profitable.

Having said that, this garbage about healing DNA etc is simply metaphysical mishmash promoting by hucksters and crackpots. Or, to borrow from Sammy Hagar, "mental masturbation".
