Two hours refreshing nap

A preset for couple hours "refreshing nap". I found that I can wake up easyer in the morning if I divede my sleep into a short nap and short night sleep instead of sleeping it all in the night. This preset is designed for a two hour nap in the day (works even better if you take the nap after eating) and will leave you feeling refreshed and possibly even energic (did that for me).

It will first go from Alpha 15Hz down to Theta 5Hz in 10 minutes. When achieving Theta 5Hz it will continue lowering to 2Hz for 20 minutes. After staying there for an hour and 15 minutes it will slowly move to Beta 14Hz in 30 minutes ending you refreshed and even energic. In the end the sound will fade out.

Oh, two hour? hmmm, this preset sounds good, but it is to long for me.
I can do only a have hour or one hour nap, that must be enough.
Can I reduce your preset to half or one hour?

How long do you sleep at night in conjunction with the 2 hour nap, and do you sleep "naturally" or do you use another preset for your nighttime sleeping? Is it possible to obtain enough sleep just by using this preset 2 times a day for a total of 4 hours a day of downtime?

Brian, you -may- be able to lower the Theta waves to get more out of your nap but you really should take that with a grain of salt until other people can back this up.
