Gosh! The best preset on the entire site. I don't use it for getting psychic powers... just for SLEEPING!!!! :) It zonks me out in 10 minutes and even hours after i awaken i feel good. You gotta try.

you see.. it does nothing for me.. i have my stereo headphones well adjusted and all.. I try to completely relax, and listen to this preset.. But like all others, i feel nothing.. no sensations, no heat generation. not even sleepy!! Can't someone just give out some pointers on how to use this software?

Sweet preset man... first time ever trying to Project into the Astral World i almsot amde it. For some reason this preset gives me nightmares every time I use it. And I always wake up when the preset stops playing. No abnormal sensations or lucid dreams.

This is for R. It seems that it will have a large effect if you are easily hypnotized, but if you resist hypnosis it will take a while to get noticable effects from bwgen. Perhaps you are so resistant that only a tiny effect occurs. Keep using it, it will slowly begin to affect you.

For people who don't get good results: Although many people advice you to keep the volume low, I don't always agree with that. If the sounds are soft(ish) and don't hurt your ears I think you get better results by setting a higher volume. This way you feel more "surrounded" by the sound which makes it easier to give in to it.

Great preset! I use it as i sit in the half-lotus meditation posision. I get a very deep trance and after the preset I feel as if the blood in my body is pumping 3 times as strong. I also feel a strong energy field around my body. Also boosts self-confidence.

I tried this last night - usually use the Brion Gysin 'dreamachine' with bwgen programs, decided to try this one on its own. D--n glad I did. This kicked out the JAMS in a big way. I was. . . well, language was not designed to describe the places I went and the things I saw. 'Places' and 'things' to be interpreted loosely. Whew. Definitely want to go back, but I'll have to take a few days off. Only lasted about ten or twelve minutes - started getting a little roller-coastery. Might be a good idea to be in a relaxed and 'safe space' frame of mind before starting this. In my opinion, _not_ a beginner's ride.

just today i registered BWgen and, i downloaded and added this preset, i listened to it for about 10-11 minutes, and i almost projected, i just layed there with my eyes closed, thinking of myself going down a mining shaft and my whole body started a tingling sensation and my body and skin started feeling heavy, then, in a long instant i saw myself asleep from a angle, after which i forced myself awake and was once again inside my body, later, my body felt weak and heavy while my eyesight was slower than usual, it felt as if though i was sucked out of my body, and then was thrown forcefully back in, its quite a rush, and a incredible feeling, like a heart attack with no pain

This brainwave gen is the best dang software! Man, not only is it cheap, it also works far better than the !@#!#!# hyper expensive subliminal CDs being sold in those !@#!@#!@# fly by nite places. Speaking of fly by nite, people, don't *ever buy from www.hypnovision.com Everything he sells SMELLS!!!! They don't work and he charges $$$$$$$$. You can't even decently get your money back coz he'll keep insisting that you listen to his trash longer. Go for the tried and tested! Register your brainwave generator and use these great presets. My faves are the Deep mind series (i recall them made by some dude over at xtrememind.com) and the Hemisync presets (ripped off from the great people at the Monroe institute, i think. You'll get sooo high with these two prests alone, it's like being on drugs! These two presets are more than enough reason to register Brainwave Gen!! Boys, help out Mr. Noromaa so he'll churn out more of his great stuff Mick

While getting up after about an hour and fifteen minutes of using this preset I started to feel sharp pains in my legs =/. Maybe I'm getting old and stupid. For some reason I always become more conscious and feel reluctant to keep using this preset when I reach forty-five minutes (more or less), so I've only gone past an hour once now. Then again I keep imagining evil wooden men popping out of the window while I'm listening to beautiful thunder sounds.

I burned it to a cd, put my cd player on 'repeat', and went to sleep while listening.Nothing happened! I lowered the volume & re-tried the next day. I fell asleep and woke up at 6! [I usually wake up from 8:00 to 11:00!] When I woke up at 6:00, I turned off the CD player and went back to sleep. I had a nightmare. Every time I have done this, I have had a dream! I'm going to use this regularly so that 1. I can finally get to school on time, and 2. I can have dreams all the time t00!

This is the first preset I've listened to since downloading and registering BWG (yesterday), and I'm definitely impressed. I've experienced the pre-OBE "vibrations" intermittently throughout my life (albeit nothing for quite a while unfortunately), and I was little skeptical as to whether listening to this would make much of a difference for me. Well, I got the vibrations all right, and they hit *hard* -- this was much different than what I've been used to pre-BWG. I started feeling "light" after about 3-4 minutes, and felt weird little "shifts" (sort of like feeling myself moving out just ever so slightly) for another 3-4 minutes, and then all of a sudden felt the vibrations hit hard and immediately felt myself racing upward. It surprised me so much that I immediately pulled myself out of it and sat up in bed and took off my headphones (I'd burned the preset onto a CD). It definitely shook me up a little, but it's the boost I've been looking for. Going to try it again tonight.

This preset is very useful for the first stages of OOBE. Most striking is its shaking effect, of which you feel you are being pulled from left to right very rapidly until it is so fast you cant detect it and you begin to rise from your physical body. This effect is similar to those who have described NED's (Near Death Expieriences) as "shedding an olk cloak" or "shedding an old layer of skin." Obviously, these induced effects can have a powerfull impact on any spiritual quest for meaning.

Nothing for 20 mins, then my head started to feel like it was moving, swaying sometimes, although I wasn't actually physically moving. The key to this obviously is to relax as much as possible without falling asleep and concentrate on the sounds. Read the warning though. People with heart disorders should definitely not do this. My heart rate increased ten-fold, getting the feeling like 'just before something big is about to happen'. Palms sweaty, arousal, an overwhelming feeling of excitement; too much to bear, so I pulled out. On opening my eyes, the first thing I noticed is how clear my eyesight was, almost distorted (everything a little bit bigger than normal). will keep posting about my experiences in the future. Dean

My god, I was just about to give up on BWgen for anything other than making me fall asleep, and then I listened to Deep Mind IV (after lowering the thunder volume to 43%)! After 2 hours of lying down listening to this, I felt a little twinge in my back. Then it did it again. And again. After 1 minute, I really felt the strong buzzy vibrations going up and down my entire body. I was so surprised by the strength of them that I shook my head to get them off, because at that point, I felt like I had no control over my hands or arms. The thing is, I wasn't even trying to have an oobe experience. I was just trying to get in a good nap! I'm going to keep trying this one, because I know it does something. Keep up the good work!

Jesus Christ!! This preset is DIFFERENT!! I nearly uninstalled bwgen because none of the other default or downloaded presets ever worked for me; this preset of the other hand shoved me into a very quick OOBE-- and it was my FIRST OOBE ever. I have one contention and plea though. Would the author please strip away the thunder roll? It somehow instilled a fear in me. As I was astral projecting, I saw DEMONS. Real demons!! I hope they were imagination only... but they looked so real. I saw LOTS of them hovering near my house, near my street, EVERYWHERE. After a few minutes (I can't tell exactly how many), my fear knocked me back into my body and I awakened. If that's what the astral plane looks like, I doubt I'd ever like to come back. Does anyone have any theories regarding these unsightly creatures? They are not the traditional christan demons. These were black spheres of light that just felt malevolent. That's how I assumed diabolical forces.

I've used this preset many times and the effects I experienced from it are not too different from what other post have explained. 2 effects stick out more than the others. 1 is the vibration feeling, after awhile i feel as if my body is moving back and forth. Starting slow and gradually picking up pace. I experience this almost everytime I use the preset. I can only hold the vibrations for a few seconds though. 2 is the increased heart rate. What is up with this. Everytime I think something is going to happen, my heart rate increases and I feel I have to pull out. Also, sometimes when I'm listening to the preset while in bed before i sleep, I will be thinking of just random thoughts about the day or just whatever, then in mid-thought, I lose the thought, get a tremendous feeling of "Falling Back" and I see Black and white patterns. The patterns are different each time. ex. checkers, hor. and ver. lines, ect. ect. This "falling feeling" I get is usually to strong for me to hold onto and it usually jolts me out of the previous "relaxed" mindstate. If anyone has a possible solution to these little road blocks that prevent me from an astral experience, please let me know....

I don't know why but i can not get past the vibes stage. None of the bwgen vibes have been as strong as the ones i had when i just went to sleep. And man does your heart rate go wacko. It didn't seem to get faster, just harder. Anyone have any more sucess stories with this preset and how did you do it?

I believe this is the most popular preset out of all of them - I have been using Brainwave Gen for a few years now and have discovered that everyone seems to like this preset. I have had the same effects as everyone else, where you get the vibrations but then your heart starts racing, etc. I did feel something funny once, it felt like I was in a completely relaxed state and that I was floating above my body, but that feeling only lasted for around 2 minutes (I think).

Royal, you're right, Deep Mind is the most popular mind-altering module on this website. I've touched base with quite a number of the the other folks and they all say the same thing: Deep Mind literally rocks your soul (OOBE, instant relaxation, memory boost)! Frankly, I haven't gotten much use out of the modules made by the other authors, especially that Hemi-Sync thing. Doesn't work for me. By the way, I recently discovered that the author of Deep Mind, Joseph R. Plazo, is also deep into radionic experimentation right now. I emailed the guy and found from him that using Deep Mind or any theta meditation implement to lower brainwaves while fiddling with radionic rates creates great connection with the chi force. Man, he was RIGHT! I'm a ritual magician myself, and radionics isn't that far a cousin from traditional magick, so I tried it. Wow! I pleasantly discovered that conducting spellcraft activities after lowering your brainstate unleashes real magic! To those newbie spellcasters, I recommend burning DeepMind onto a CD and playing it via earphones while casting your spells. It's SUPERB!! You'll get this high.....

This program is pretty dope. In the past Ive experienced crazy stuff, like, sleep paralysis which also seemed to give me visions everytime I closed my eyes, not dream, it was odd. Ive experienced the buzzin, the beeps, noises, voices, etc.... I just recently started to try and project again, and this preset, well, damn, it made stuff kinda odd. I got the numbness, and swirls of white color in my head, I dunno if I had fallen asleep or not, cause apparently I listened to it for nearly 2 hours last night, but it didnt seem that long. I listened to it again today, for like 20 minutes, felt a slight tingling in my feet, but when I got up, I just felt like, completely physically drained. ::shrug:: ahwell, always tonight, and tomorrow, and the next day.

Smug, you're right. The program is like dope- a psychedelic drug. I've used valium and gotten these delicious woozy feelings that can be addictive as hell. Then, up the ante with a mix of alcohol. Man, you're in heaven! This DeepMind closely parallels that superb exerience. First, the heavy wooden feelings. Then the flashes of light in your eyes. You'll quickly realize you don't feel your body at all, like you're just a soul. Gosh, you can get hooked onto this. At first, I used Deepmind solely for relaxation. It lends itself well to that-- and then you'll realize how powerful it can be for self-hypnosis and mind programming. Oh, and did I mention telepathic transfers too? Once you're in that cherished theta state, you simply call to your mental screen a picture of your desired one and send your thought. I've discovered it effective: my target would often call me straight after a telepathic session. Goes to show how vital low brainstates are in ESP sessions. Some months back I talked with Dr. Joseph Plazo about his Deep Mind series and requested for an update because the thunderoll disturbs me at the onset. I was disappointed to hear that the project had been shelved for now. Is there any other skilled programmer who can improve the already good Deep Mind software? Take out the thunder roll please, and leave the rest in.

This may sound like a strange question to some but I have to ask it to find out if I am the only one or not who can do this... Alright, I hear about these vibrations...now, I can sit here and i do "something" I cant explain what it is, but it's like I put my finger in an electrical outlet...but I can reproduce this effect at will to a point where it becomes uncomfortable. What the hell is it? Anybody else can do this? Is this the vibration thing you are all talking about? I have always been able to do this, but it never served a purpose so I didnt know what to think about it.

I didn't feel anything special although I'd been listening to this preset for over 30 minutes. Then I took my headphones off and decided to fall asleep. I had a great lucid dream lasting much longer than my usuall LDs and it was very clear (unfortunatelly it wasn't an oobe). Any clues what I should do to make it work properly? And another question to all "oobe"rs - Do I have to lie on my back to have one? It is important for me because I can't fall asleep in this position - I always have to lie on my side.

OH MY GOD!!!!!! This is incredible. I've been trying to induce an oobe for over 2 years, but never even reached the vibrations phase. I believed that I'm not the one who's able to do this. I listened to this preset 3 days ago and didn't feel anything special (sorry - i had a long lucid dream, but that's all). I tried it again yesterday and after 20 minutes I felt the vibrations for the first time in my life ;). I didn't manage to have an oobe, but anyway - this is my big step in the right direction. I'm sure I'll have one in these days. Everyone MUST download this preset. BTW: Any other amazing presets you guys could recommend? Regards.

I' ve tried reduceing thunder, increasing volume, relaxing etc. but no effects. And I see that there are some other people that can' t have results. So please advise us if we' re doing something wrong, or we just aren' t "audio types".

first of all i apreciate that you guys don't ignore my messages. Because i am very tired and angry because in everyplace i post a message or send email, no matter about which subject in any place, i keep being ignored. I know that i write long messages, but please, replying this paragraph by paragraph isn't so difficult, and it's necessary to reply all this. At least someone replys my questions. i really don't understand what's happening. I have listened 5 or 6 presets in bwgen, and almost NONE produces any effects other than a light tingling in my arms and legs, but JUST that, which i think it's only symptoms of relaxation (or the body going to sleep with the mind awake). Even hypnogic imagery almost never appear, nor lights. But with this preset is a bit different, i will continue in the next paragraph. What the hell am i doing wrong ? I have used stereo headphones, i sit in the sofa and close my eyes, and i listen to any preset for about thirty minutes (or the time it says in the description of each preset) and nothing ever happens. Is this bwgen a big fake, in which ANY preset just make us sleep as someone said on the description of other preset (with me not even sleep happens!) or am i doing something wrong, or i am "immune" to brainwave sounds ?! It seems i am ultra-resistant to hypnosis and brainwave sounds, that's the conclusion i came to. Just like "glen" said in a post here in 20-jan-2002, i must also be ultra resistant. But in this particular preset, as some people said here (they said this was the best preset and the one which gaved more results), indeed i feeled for the first time a more general tingling in my body, a little more than in other presets. I listened this about 30 minutes, and i feeled a light tingling in my BOTH arms (which is already a progress comparing to other presets) and legs, and i saw strong purple lights, much more frequently than with other presets. But i didn't have any hypnogic imagery, but besides this i still don't feel nothing more. I never had any sensation of oobe, i don't even know how that feels! Do i have to listen to this more than 30 minutes? Maybe one hour?! There is three problems, which i think it's why the presets don't affect me : 1. i am ultra-resistant to hypnosis and brainwave sounds (i discovered this now), even tough i have a very strong desire to do self hypnosys and using presets. 2. i don't have a perfect place to relax, in bed i can't because my stomach aches if i keep too long lyed on my back (maybe because i am fat?), so in bed i have to be lying on my side, and roll over to other side in a few minutes (it's like this i sleep at night) so i haven't tryed on the bed yet. Also, in my sofa, behind my knees my legs are under a pression because of the border of the sofa (and it hurts a little but i don't have other place becase in a chair it's too hard to relax) so that's where i have done meditation. But just because that little pain/pressure behind my knees any preset will do nothing ? I still feel tingling above and under my kness so it must have effect. 3. For much efforts i do, i can't control my toughs perfectly, i have extreme dificulty on keep concetrating on the sound, but sometimes i can concentrate on the sound but only a few seconds. Is this so important to a preset do effect? Can i improve on concentrating on the sound if i keep trying ? 4. Also i never meditated before, but i am getting some pratice now, but i can't meditate more than one hour, i can't take it, it's too "boring". So i have some more questions : 1. When i manage to do oobe with this preset, will i became less resistant to the other presets about the third eye, self-hypnosis and others and they will do more effect ? 2. What precautions do i have to have with kundalini energy ? In other preset description ("astral producer") some one said that kundalini energy can hurt ourselves and do extreme damage, how do i avoid this ? Just stoping to hear the preset sound when i feel unsual pain related to kundalini energy and try other time? 3. How much times do i have to hear this preset (and how long each session) to do good effects in me, being so resistant to hypnosis ? (because i also keep using the self-hypnosis presets). Maybe hearing it everyday 20 minutes during a week ? Two weeks ? 4. This preset also helps about getting psyquic powers like clairvoyance or psychokinesys or it's ONLY oobe and telepathy? Please someone answer all this, i know it is a little demanding but i need HELP !

Very interesting and exciting posts from everyone! CESM, I think you are probably trying too hard to achieve whatever it is you are trying to achieve. I would recommend that you learn more about Kundalini Yoga and meditation techniques. Yes, there are some people's brains that resist any kind of letting go ... you may be one of those. Some of these "experiences" can be achieved with time. If you really want to have some of these "experiences" you should just relax and listen to various entrainment audio presets ... as many as you can. As you are listening let yourself go and let your mind move with the sounds. Let the sounds be the only thing that exists for you. Don't be surprised if you have to do this for several months to achieve results. Many great "experiencers" have been very patient and allowed well over 6 months of dedication before moving on to more advanced techniques. Go easy on yourself and put in the time and effort that is required.

I listen to this preset before bed, about an hour before or so. The preset is 20 mins long, it takes it 2o mins to reach the target tone. It is a good idea to keep listening for longer than 20 mins, I have listened to this preset for over 2 hours before. Although the more I listen, the less time it takes to achieve desired results. I am able to recognize the change in mindset and go with it. Recently I have been able to listen for 30 mins, take it off, and return to same sleep/ concious state with little problems. I think the key is to relax, don't get excited about your expectations of this program, it WILL happen if you let it. Another thing that might help is to just forget about it and try to sleep, I have done this, fallen asleep, and then became conciously aware while sleeping/dreaming. Just don't concentrate too hard on anything, relax. It gets easier the more you listen, soon it will happen, and before too long you wont even need the program to get you there. I feel like I have more mental focus, and am able to recognize this state and encourage it when relaxing. It seems like each time I go a little deeper and deeper. There is clinical proof of this technology, it is called (FFR) frequency following response, look it up, it's very interesting. Once you learn a little more about the different frequencies involved, you can slightly change the presets to work a little better for you. sorry about the long post, I hope it helps you some.

I've listened to this preset and I can say it's a digital form of VALIUM. 10mg of valium knocks me out in 30mins. This sweet preset takes me there in 1/4th the time. Here are my observations: 1) The first 4 minutes, I get an alternation between heavy and light feeling. 2) Starbursts come across my field of vision by the 8th minute (my guestimate) 3) From there on, strong tingling all across the body. Even better than a spa massage. It's like dipping into a soothing electric current 4) Infinite relaxation until you doze off. Caution, it's so easy to spontaneously OOBE with this, as I have twice. damn, all I can say is this preset is crazy, the first one that has had any really noticable effect on me, it's like my 4th try at listening to whole one. anyway, my entire body went numb and i felt slight tingling all throughout my body and my body was extremely heavy at first. I honestly tried to move my arms and they just wouldn't budge, i believe I was in sleep paralysis. So I continue to let my mind stay awake and I believe I drifted off into an OOBE or Lucid Dream, I'm not quite sure which, and some people even categorize both as the same thing, who knows. Anyway, it was a truley crazy experience and I can't wait to use this preset again.

dreams,dreams,dreams... cool dreams like movie shorts, for several hours. First fell asleep by accident, they woke up later with the feeling that I had fell out of my body and "hit" the floor. Turned off BWG, then several disconnected dreams and I can't stress how many, and how vivid. Once in a blue moon I will have total body paralysis. I recall I had once at night and a couple times in the morning. I'm always scared because I'm concious but I have lost connection with my body. Same entities, same enviroment, same instruments, same experiences. I'm not a science fiction fan. And, I certainly didn't believe in aliens. Today, I can honestly say I'm not so sure. Thanks to "John E Mack" for giving me the peace of mind and proving to me I'm not crazy. Thanks for an experience I'll never forget.

No, this is not for me either. Tried it with the Thunder and it was too distracting & irritating. I just couldn't relax with it. - Tried adjusting the preset without the Thunder. No effect. Is there any reason that the background is a repeating loud noise? - I liked Deep mind VI though. Much more effective.
