A 1.5 bpm binaural beat is alleged to have helped trauma patients to release frozen energy in their body.

I just had oral surgery and had a lot of swelling in my jaw and cheek. I tried the Trauma Release thinking this would be a good time to see what it did. I was pleased to find the swelling going down after ten minutes of listening and it was much more comfortable. The swelling is just a little now and when it does get uncomfortable the Trauma Release Brainwave gets me back to comfort in ten to fifteen minutes.

Does this go for emotional trauma as well?

How about the trauma this preset caused my ears?

I use the preset as a sleep aidm based on how low the binural frequency is. I have noticed that when I go to sleep with this, my dreams are bit different that usual.

Once, after seeing an image that really shocked me deeply, this not only helped me go to sleep, I woke up refreshed, not at all terrifed like I felt before.
